We are Lady Lightning Select Trap, a regional team under the National Showcase Organization,
Lady Lightning Gold Team Miken. This team is based out of Southern Virginia & Northern North Carolina and made up primarily of 2019/2020 graduates who have a strong desire to play at the collegiate level.
